Why This Matters

Every student deserves access to an excellent K-12 public education—and that begins with excellent teachers. Yet, across Metro Atlanta, educators face growing challenges that affect their sustainability, satisfaction, and success.
The speaker series is grounded in three core beliefs:

Retaining excellent educators is essential to equitable outcomes for students. Stable, supported teachers foster strong relationships and sustained academic growth.

Transformation requires unity. By bridging local context and national expertise, we create space for shared learning and collective action.

We must invest in scalable, proven solutions—from talent pipelines to policies that support the teacher experience—that meet this moment and move education forward.

For Those Who Believe Excellent Teachers Deserve Excellent Support

If you’re an educator, school leader, policymaker, advocate, funder, or civic leader who wants to build a better public education system—this is for you.

Together, we’ll imagine and shape a future where every teacher feels empowered to stay—and every student benefits from consistent, high-quality instruction.

Your Voice Matters. Your Ideas Belong Here.

We can’t transform the educator experience without listening to—and learning from—those doing the work every day.
