Our Why

A student’s potential shouldn’t be limited by their zip code. Yet across Metro Atlanta, access to high-quality public school options remains inequitable. That’s why we’re working to level the playing field. Students are counting on us to help them build a future full of opportunity, and we can’t afford to wait. The future of our region depends on the opportunities we create for students today.

Our Team

We’re a group of experienced educators, leaders, and community organizers dedicated to helping build a public education ecosystem that works for every student.

How We Drive Change

We believe lasting impact requires courageous leadership, strong community partnerships, and bold, coordinated action. We spark system-wide change so that all students, no matter where they live or learn, have the opportunity to thrive. We focus on three key areas to make this vision a reality.

Opportunity & Access

We expand access to high-quality public school options by investing in leaders, schools, and systems that are working to ensure every student has a fair shot at success.

Collaborative Ecosystems

We bring together educators, advocates, families, and funders to drive collective action. By lifting up a range of perspectives and building strong partnerships, we ensure solutions reflect the strengths and needs of our communities.

Innovation & Systemic Change

We seek out bold ideas and proven strategies that challenge the status quo and lead to lasting impact. Our work supports transformational leadership, scalable solutions, and policy shifts that break down systemic barriers to student success.
